Why I love my Job

I have been working at my company for 2 years. I have recently been feeling like I am ready for a change. Before there has been any mention of this to my boss…

We had a company restructuring. This means that they are laying-off some people and hiring new people.
Ordinarily this might seem like it’s very intimidating. However, this does not concern me at all.
Why?
Because it’s pretty easy to get a CRA position anywhere as long as you have experience.
Basically, just as soon as I am getting complacent and bored with work I am offered an opportunity to do something different.

I can stay or go. I can also go and comeback. I can also contract here which is like staying but not really.

I will let you guys know what I decide to do!
