How to have a Successful Career, Future and Life

Hello Beginner CRA,

Although, not directly related to the goal of becoming a CRA, here are a few life lessons you can apply to both your career goals and your life. Over the years I have learned that these tips have significantly helped me improve every aspect of my life and I hope that these tips help you.

Keep learning:

Learn

Never stop growing and learning new things you can never be too knowledgeable! Keep staying excited about waking up in the morning and going to work. Even if you are not where you want to be every day you are or at least you should be working towards achieving your career goal.

Stay hungry:

hungry

Never be satisfied with where you are. Keep reaching.

Value your time:

Time

Every minute you spend procrastinating on the job that you should be doing you are preventing yourself from reaching your next goal. Do what you have to do and schedule down time for yourself. It’s not easy but every effort you make to helps.

Watch the people you spend time with:

Employees

Stay away from people that are not contributing to the time that you have to better yourself. Some friends are not hurting you and not helping. If your friend is not contributing to making better perhaps you should spend time with them.

Conquer your fear:

Don’t afraid to make the next move, , take that new position, speaks up to your boss about a promotion, or move abroad for the new job. These are the moments that you have been preparing for and if you don’t take the risks you will never see the benefit of you hard work and effort.

Stick to it:

Dont give up

It’s going to be a long road ahead. To be successful there are no quick fixes it takes hustle work and dedication. You need to be willing to stick it out.
